Have these four things ready
It takes about a minute to sort if you have these, and a lot longer if you do not.
- The suburb or postcode. Not for the price, that is the same across the whole corridor. We ask because it tells us the bin is going somewhere we run, and which day the truck is out that way. The service areas page lists what we cover.
- What is going in the bin. Household clear out, garden only, or a reno with rubble in it. This changes the price more than the size does, and the waste types page explains why.
- The size, or the job. If you know you want a 4m³, say so. If you do not, tell us what you are clearing out and we will tell you the size. The size comparison is there if you would rather work it out first.
- Where it is going to sit. Driveway, front yard, or on the kerb. Kerbside needs a council permit in most areas and that takes about 5 working days for a standard suburban footpath, and up to 20 days in the Brisbane CBD, so it is worth sorting early.
When you need it
Delivery is usually next business day, and same day if you get to us before 10am and a truck is free. Hire runs 7 days and if you need it longer there is a daily rate, which is worth arranging before the truck is booked rather than after.
