Who a trade account is for

If skip bins are a regular cost on your jobs rather than a one off, an account saves you starting from scratch every time.

  • Builders and renovators. A bin for each stage of the job, from the strip out to the final clean before handover.
  • Demolition contractors. Brick, concrete and rubble, and a lot of it, as the job moves from one part of the site to the next.
  • Landscapers. Green waste from one yard, soil and old pavers from the next.
  • Plumbers, electricians and other trades. Smaller bins, more often, across a lot of different addresses.

How a trade account works

Send us the details. Fill in the form below with your business, the areas you work in and roughly how often you need a bin.

We ring you. We talk through the sizes and the waste you usually deal with, and whether weekly or monthly suits the work.

We set up the account. Your details are on file, so the next bin is a phone call or an email rather than a form.

The bins turn up. Delivered to the site you tell us, on the schedule we agreed.

Getting a bin onto a site

Our bins arrive on skip trucks with lifting arms. We can usually set one down on a driveway, and where the access suits we may be able to lift it over a low fence or gate. Keep the delivery area clear of vehicles and check for overhead branches, roofs and power lines before the truck arrives.

If the bin has to go on a lawn, in a backyard or on pavers, send us photos of the access and the spot first. We will confirm whether delivery and collection are possible and talk through protecting the surface. On the road or the footpath it is a council permit, and the service areas page has the rules council by council.

    Questions trades ask

Do I need an account to hire one bin?

No. For a single job, the booking form takes it online and we confirm the price with you. The account is for regular hire.

What do you need from me to set one up?

Your business name, your ABN if you have one, a phone number and email, the areas you work in and how often you expect to need a bin. The form asks for all of it.

Can I have bins on more than one site?

Put the sites on the form and we will work out the deliveries with you when we call.

Which sizes and waste types can I get?

The same as any other booking, from a 2m³ to a 12m³, across general waste, green waste, light builders, builders and mixed heavy and concrete only.
