We aim for the window you pick. Traffic, weather and the run before yours can push a delivery later, and we will call if it is going to be late.

Anything extra?

Some items cost more to tip. Add them here so the price is right on the day.

Worth checking first

Four things that catch people out, answered before you book.

Is there room for the truck?

The bin comes off a skip truck with lifting arms, usually onto the driveway. Allow the length of the bin plus about three metres behind it, and check for low branches and power lines. If it is tight, say so in the notes and we will check before the day.

Do I need a council permit?

Only if the bin sits on the road, the footpath or the nature strip. On your own driveway or in your yard you need nothing from anybody. The service areas page sets out what each council wants.

What cannot go in it?

Asbestos, liquids, paint, gas bottles, batteries and chemicals, in any bin. Tyres and mattresses cost more to tip, so add them under extras and they are priced in rather than found at the tip.

What if I pick the wrong size?

Pick the one you think fits and tell us what is going in. If it looks too small or too big we will ring you before the truck goes out. Going up a size usually costs less than a second bin.

Would rather talk to someone?

Send us the details and we will come back to you. If the honest answer is that you want a smaller bin than the one you asked for, we will say so.
